All orders must be placed by the recipient themselves. Ordering for a friend/family member, instead of us having direct communication with the recipient is the easiest way to welcome misinformation and miscommunication. We want to make sure you're getting exactly what you're looking for and there's no surprises!

 

Custom orders must be placed a minimum of 2 weeks before scheduled pick up date. Orders under $50 are to be paid in full upon ordering. For orders over $50 a deposit is required upon placing the order, deposits are 50% of your total order price including tax. Your remaining balance will be 1 week before pick up date. Deposits are non-refundable and used to hold your place in a very packed custom order schedule.

Any of our boozy confections must be purchased by someone 21 years of age or older, you must provide valid ID at time of ordering - no exceptions. When placing a custom order that involves sealed alcohol (ex. airplane bottles, full cans of beer, etc.) the alcohol must be provided by the customer.

Reference photos provided to us are INSPIRATION only. We are happy to discuss your order extremely thoroughly and want to give you exactly what you're looking for, but we cannot and will not replicate other bakers' work. 

​

We will hold your order 36 hours after scheduled pick up time, then it will be eligible for resale.

All sales are final. We cannot accept returns of food products or non food products due to Covid-19 restrictions. 

​

Once your order has been paid for, approved at pick up and has left the store, it is no longer our responsibility. We are more than happy to give traveling and care instructions for ALL our confections.

We recommend keeping all cakes refrigerated until 1-2 hours before serving. We also recommend storing cake pops, dessert cups, cupcakes frosted with whipped cream or filled with pudding/cream and anything else that needs refrigeration in the refrigerator if not being consumed immediately.

Traveling/cake care:

If traveling alone, we recommend placing your cake flat on the passenger side floor. Please make sure to clear your passenger side floor of any dirt, hair or other debris. Drive slow, take caution when turning and put cake into fridge once you've arrived at your destination.

If traveling with someone, we recommend you bring a cutting board (or any thick, flat surface) and keeping the cake on the board, on the lap of the passenger. If you do not have  a flat surface for your lap, use the passenger side's floor for travel - do not travel with the cake on your lap if you do not have a flat surface between. Drive slow, take caution when turning and put cake into fridge once you've arrived at your destination.

Traveling/cookie care:

We pack our cookies with care, but they are fragile. Take caution when placing them in your car and be gentle with the packaging. Keep at room temperature away from animals and children until ready to serve. If you have leftovers after your event (unlikely) our cookies freeze great! Just add the cookies into freezer safe bags or Tupperware and freeze, they need about 24 hours to defrost.
